Discover Ifrane, known as the “Switzerland of Morocco”
On the first day, we leave Fes and begin our journey toward Merzouga. The route takes us through the cedar forests of Azrou and onward to Midelt. We then continue across the scenic Ziz Valley, passing through Rissani and Erfoud before arriving in Merzouga.
Upon arrival, we switch to camels for a ride into the heart of the high dunes of Erg Chebbi, where we reach a desert camp. The night is spent in a nomadic-style tent, accompanied by the sounds of local musicians, creating a truly unforgettable desert experience.
After waking early to witness the stunning desert sunrise, we will return to the hotel by camel for breakfast and a refreshing shower. The journey then continues to the Todra Gorges, where you can explore the dramatic and beautiful natural landscapes of the region.
In the afternoon, we travel to the Dades Valley to enjoy the spectacular scenery and spend time in this remarkable area. The day concludes with an overnight stay at a comfortable hotel.
After breakfast, we begin the day by leaving our accommodation and traveling through the towns of Alnif and Tazzarine toward Zagora, where we will stop for lunch.
After lunch, we continue the journey with a scenic stop overlooking the Dra Valley. Finally, we arrive in Mhamid, where we will spend the night and enjoy a delicious dinner.
The day begins with breakfast in Mhamid, followed by a two-hour off-road drive to Erg Chagaga. Once there, we will spend time exploring the breathtaking desert landscapes before enjoying lunch.
In the afternoon, we settle into a tent where we can relax and take in the stunning dunes. As night falls, marvel at the clear desert sky filled with countless stars, creating an unforgettable experience under the vast open sky.
After breakfast, we begin our journey through the desert region, heading toward Iriqui Lake, where we can explore and discover some fossils. Next, we visit Foum Zguid before continuing to Ouarzazate via Taznakht. The day concludes with an overnight stay at a comfortable hotel in Ouarzazate.
The next event is vising the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, which is world cultural heritage according to UNESCO. After we explore the region we will head towards the Red City. We will drop you off at Marrakech in the evening at the hotel.
